Had a blast @sawtoothschool firing their š kiln. What a wonderful art center. Thanks so much for having me out and big thanks to @powenliuceramics for hosting me and showing me around. I had some real nice conversations with everyone at the sawtooth and the seagrove community. The kiln was a pleasure to fire. It was my first trip to seagrove and that was the highlight to a great week!

Havenāt been making much, studio is in the works. Anyway here are some pots from some recent firings. Hoping to get the studio done for spring. Itās been crazy moving and having none stop construction and landscaping for the past 8 months but we are nearing the end.

Iāll be teaching a wood firing workshop @sawtoothschool in March. We will be firing their catenary arch wood kiln and introducing soda or salt! So if youāre in the Winston Salem area or would like to travel to a rich historical clay area registration is open!

Some yunomi from a few different firings. First one was in a wood soda, second was gas soda, third was just wood and fourth was a gas soda firing. All were b mix clay and the same rutile slip. I love all the different colors and surfaces.
