Soda and wood-fired pottery in the Bay Area. Pottery inspired by folk art, nature, crafts and the love of handmade objects. All the pots are food, microwave and dishwasher safe. My work is not glazed on the exterior. I use slips to capture the flame and the atmosphere of the firing to create a vitreous glass surface. The inside of the pots have a liner glaze often a Tenmoku, Shino or Celadon glaze.
